Workflow audits & automation

Your team is doing work a system should do.

We audit your workflows, quantify what manual admin actually costs, and deliver a ranked plan of what to automate. Then we build it.

02 — The problem

Admin never shows up on an invoice. It still gets paid.

Re-typing, chasing, reconciling, forwarding — none of it is anyone's job, so nobody measures it. Put your own numbers in; the arithmetic does the rest.

People in the team8
Hours per person per week on admin6
Average hourly cost of their time

Hours on admin per year

≈ 2,200 h

Payroll spent on it per year

$55,200

Automating even a third of that recovers $18,400 a year. An audit is priced to be a rounding error against it.

03 — How it works

One engagement, three stages. You only commit to the first.

Every engagement starts with the Audit. We don't pitch a build until the numbers prove it's worth building.

Audit

stage 01 · fixed fee

We map how work actually moves through your business, measure what the manual parts cost, and deliver a ranked automation plan. The report is yours either way.

Starter · 1–2 workflows · ~1 week
Growth · multi-department · ROI-ranked roadmap

Build

stage 02 · scoped from findings

We build what the audit proved worth building — integrations, workflow automations, and task-specific AI agents — priced straight from the findings.

scheduling · inbox triage · reporting agents

Care

stage 03 · optional monthly

If and when it makes sense: we monitor, maintain and extend your automations, and add new ones as the business grows.

offered after Build · cancel any time

No lock-in by design: the audit report stands on its own — take it to us, another vendor, or your own team.

04 — Services & pricing

Start with the audit. Everything else is earned.

One fixed fee to find out exactly what your admin costs and what's worth automating. If we build, half of it comes back.

05 — How the audit runs

One week, four steps, no homework for your team.

The Starter Audit timeline. Growth Audits follow the same shape, scoped across departments.

01 — discovery call

free · usually under an hour

Where the time is going, which workflows hurt most, and whether an audit is even worth it for you. If it isn't, we say so.

02 — workflow mapping

days 1–3

We sit with the people doing the work and map each workflow step by step — who touches it, how long it takes, where it stalls.

03 — analysis

days 4–5

Every workflow gets priced: hours lost, payroll cost, what's automatable, build effort, and payback period.

04 — report delivery

day 7

A ranked plan with ROI estimates, walked through together on a call. Yours to keep — build with us or with anyone.

Confidentiality, by default

While we work, we take the least access that does the job — read-only wherever possible. Findings go to you and whoever you name, no one else.

06 — Questions

Asked before anyone books.

Why should we trust you?

You don't have to — the engagement is built that way. It starts with a small, fixed-fee audit, not a retainer or a big build, and the deliverable stands on its own: judge it on its specifics. If the thinking isn't rigorous, you're out one fee — and you still keep the map.

What if there's nothing worth automating?

Then the report says exactly that. Sometimes the honest answer is a process change, not automation — you still leave knowing where every hour goes and what it costs. We'd rather tell you that than build something the numbers don't justify.

Do we need to be technical?

No. We interview your team about how they work, in plain terms — the audit is designed for businesses without technical staff. Anything we later build comes with plain-language documentation and a proper handover.

What tools do you work with?

Whatever you already use: email, spreadsheets, accounting and ERP systems, CRMs, project boards. If it can export data or has an API, it can usually be automated — the audit tells you which parts are worth it.

Who sees our data?

The people doing the audit, and no one else. We take the least access necessary while we work, and findings go only to you and whoever you name.

What happens after the report?

Your call. Build with us — half the audit fee credits toward it — take the plan to another vendor, or run it in-house. The plan is written to be actionable regardless of who executes it.
